An award-winning sports marketing agency, is looking to add a leader to their talented performance marketing team in central London. Helping leading brands & sporting organisations win in the digital age.

The Role:

As the Head of Performance you will be:

  • Devising digital marketing strategies alongside the Performance, Planning & Analytics delivery teams.
  • Overseeing execution and guiding best practice across all paid media channels
  • Building & maintaining relationships with multiple external stakeholders & clients.
  • Working closely with the Client Services Director & Business Development teams to increase revenue across accounts
  • Implement project management processes & tools to drive efficiencies across delivery teams

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years agency experience, in direct consumer marketing
  • Team management, with a focus on mentoring & guidance to grow
  • In depth understanding of the full digital marketing mix
  • Highly skilled & comfortable with presenting digital strategy & creative ideas to senior stakeholders
  • A passion for the pace of digital marketing & digital platform evolution
