The Role:
Working alongside the CMO you will establish & lead the development of the brand’s in-house media agency.

Develop new innovate performance marketing strategies to drive growth & expansion – Paid Social, PPC, SEO, Email, Display, Affiliates, Native

Operational responsibility for planning, implementation & analysis
-
Bring channels in-house & scale activity globally
-
Run data driven experiments to continuously improve & optimise success
-
Help to build effective multi touch digital attribution for the business

Build & develop the performance marketing team across acquisition & retention
Your Profile:
-
6+ years experience in performance marketing
-
Experience in a high growth start-up environment
-
A proven track record in running successful multichannel online acquisition campaigns

Obsessed with optimisation!

Understand the technical & analytical elements of all relevant platforms
-
Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse data, provide insights & make data driven decisions
-
You like to have autonomy & have the ability to get stuff done
