This is an opportunity to join a very well know disruptive tech start-up and loved brand, who already have one of the most advance performance marketing teams in Europe. The opportunity: Founded back in 2012 with an astonishing amount of investment, this business has gone global very quickly. Completely disrupting the market within their sector, as an extremely fast paced & forward-thinking company. As one of the biggest paid media spenders in Europe, they have direct access to Google & Facebook to test out the latest tech. They are now on a hugely exciting journey to in-house ad tech and programmatic. The Role: Develop strategies from scratch - overseeing all display and video from trading to trafficking, ultimately setting the channel specific strategy and working with Head of Performance Marketing to ensure that this aligns with the business objectives Scoping out the best options for in-housing, working with the right 3rd technology parties to make sure that onboarding in a smooth process The goal is to build this team out in-house, however start off with agency support to run tests quickly and understand performance Initially collaborate with agency partners who are trading and trafficking, before fully bringing this in-house Full accountability for the efficiency of all Display & Online Video channels with a multi-million-pound budget Scale out across the funnel for Brand and DR Day-to-day leadership and line management of the lifecycle team Collaborating with marketing technology, data science teams Skills Required: 7+ years’ digital marketing experience experience within It is likely you’ll have hands on experience in-housing ad tech for programmatic display and online video within an advertiser You’ll be able to demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills You’d describe yourself as a highly advanced user of major DSP’s and Ad Servers In your current/previous experience, you’ll have worked cross-functionally to support the implementation and optimisation of Display and Online video It would be a bonus if you’ve run display activity that needed custom tooling or machinery or code to implement How do I apply?
