Sometimes your role may be stagnant, and PPC in your current role doesn’t match what you want it to mean. You’re not learning much, the culture isn’t great, your company are making you come into the office 5 days a week, and the client’s you’re working on aren’t exciting at all. We can change this. This is a Head of Search role which can offer both remote and hybrid working (and you can be anywhere in the UK), with first-class exposure to the founders and your team, all whilst working on high-level ecommerce/D2C client. A performance brilliance.

 

The Opportunity:

These guys really do see themselves above the rest. They want to bring you in on their journey to see marketing from the highest levels. But who are they? They are a specialist, full stack, growth agency working only with high-growth, DTC/Ecommerce brands.

They are a team of experienced Growth Hackers who fully understand the user journey, the emotional drivers, and the emotional hook that we as consumers have when buying products. They see the gaps that others do not, and have become extremely successful from this, leading the way and becoming an official Google Marketing Partner. 

 

The Role:

  • Lead on strategy within Google and Bing
  • Can lend a hand with setting up campaigns, optimising and activating where needed
  • Delegate tasks down to the PPC team
  • Support the Client Strategist with setting out the media strategy for the client each month and the project management of the campaign execution on Google by our media teams 
  • Attend regular campaign briefing meetings with client and take detailed meeting notes for follow up 
  • Responsible for updating monthly campaign roadmaps and timeline documents based on briefings 
  • Ensure that agreed timelines are planned and met at all time 
  • As and when requested by the Client’s Strategist, liaise with the Paid Social team to help answer specific questions on performance observed in-platforms

 

Your Profile:

  • Agency or In-House background
  • 5+ years PPC experience working with Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Strategy led experience
  • Ability to lead a small team
