The Opportunity:
This is a key role within the Group, as you’ll be responsible for one of the agency's priority, high growth channels, and you will form part of the Leadership team for business.
In this role you will have the opportunity to set the SEO agenda for one of London’s top network agencies.
The Role:

People - Lead a team of SEO specialists (12+) across Technical SEO, Performance Content and Digital PR.

Profit - Drive profitable growth for the business – both from existing clients and via new business acquisition

Product - Develop an innovative and integrated SEO solution to take to market. To this end, we are looking for someone with extensive experience across all areas of SEO. We have strong expertise and heritage in technical SEO, so we’re particularly seeking proven expertise in the performance content and outreach space to work with our existing team and fuel the next level of growth for us.

New Business - Leading research, strategy, output and ultimately being representing the agency successfully and professionally in pitches.

Strategy - Work closely with the Head of Performance and channel heads in shaping future structures to ensure more permanent integration across teams.
Your Profile:
-
8+ years’ experience within an SEO remit, at a strategic level, ideally within an agency environment

Extensive working experience in Technical SEO, Performance Content, and Digital PR, ideally having worked at a strategic or team lead position previously

Demonstrable experience in developing and leading a team to success

Strong understanding of the commercial, financial, and operational process of running a large department

Demonstrable business acumen and a track record of success in the performance media/marketing services profession

Solid experience in SEO strategy conception and delivery for major brands

Superb knowledge of e-commerce and retail
