The Role

This role focuses on delivering first-class client solutions and developing account management talent within the strategy team. Building strong relationships both internally and externally this position will ensure the delivery of large scale digital cross-channel campaigns across top tier clients

  • Working with agency department leaders to drive excellence in digital first practice and innovation

  • Thought leader both internally and the wider industry

  • Drive best in class strategy and planning across channels

  • Acting as a regular contributor within the leadership team.

  • Identifying and pursuing internal and external opportunities to develop service offering and capabilities

  • Motivating and empowering a team of Strategy Leads,

  • Supporting career development, ensuring retention and the recruitment of new team members

  • Aligning goals with the direction of the group and networks to capitalise on competitive advantages


Your Profile:

  • Experience in planning large scale cross-channel media campaigns with tier one clients

  • Deep understanding of digital media channels

  • A proven track record in audience first activations and data driven marketing methodologies encompassing multi-disciplinary media

  • Previous experience in line managing a team

  • Experience in developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
