£70k Basic + Benefits

Overview:

A legacy name in the ad tech space who are heavily investing in their technology and ramping up global revenues to be brought back into the industry limelight. They have a clear vision, profitable, and know exactly where they are heading in the next 5 years.

 

The role:

  • Managing a team of over 10 traders from exec’s to seniors

  • Technical escalation point for clients on their programmatic buying capabilities  

  • Working closely with the product team on client feedback to build new features

  • Setting standards and best practices around activation processes

  • Ad hock troubleshooting of technical issues

  • Monitor revenues and work closely with the sales team to provide feedback

  • Expertly set the programmatic strategy and manage the roll out across commercial teams and account management functions

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years in programmatic trading

  • Ideally would have worked in a DSP or Ad Tech business

  • Built and lead established teams in activation

  • Preferred platform experience with: DV360, DBM, The Trade Desk, Appnexus, Mediamath

  • Ideally you’ll have worked in a global role
