The Opportunity

 

This role will report into a Co-Founder and is a truly unique opportunity to play a key role of supporting the growth of the Pivotal. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Internal Recruitment

  • Proactively sourcing high quality candidates using LinkedIn and any other platforms/methods that you feel relevant

  • Work with the Directors to understand the existing and future hires for Pivotal and in accordance with these, identify and build recruiter talent pools

  • Conducting screening calls, video and in-person interviews to ascertain the candidate’s performance levels, motivations and suitability for Pivotal

  • Support Pivotal’s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting talent through strategic sourcing channels

  • Striving to create a recruitment experience that candidates speak positively about, whether they are successful or not

Supplier Relationships

Naturally, our expectation is for you to be identifying talent for Pivotal, however we appreciate market conditions and we are not adverse to using external sources.

  • Building and managing strong supplier relationships, liaising with our recruitment-to-recruitment partners and nurturing these relationships to expand our reach and to enhance the service we receive from them.

Employer Branding

  • Developing Pivotal’s employer brand to help attract and retain talent at Pivotal to support growth

  • Helping Pivotal reach the right people through compelling ads, social media posts and any other methods you feel would be successful

Offer Management, Onboarding and Induction

  • Offer Management, liaising with Candidates and Directors to ensure we secure the desired candidate at a salary both parties are happy with

  • Working with the new starter's line manager to plan bespoke induction schedules and co-ordinating their training plan with Management who will implement the training

This is a senior role within Pivotal and would therefore also be encouraged to work with our Culture, Social, Diversity & Inclusion Teams.

 

Skills and Requirements we are looking for:

 

  • A proven track record in a similar internal recruitment or talent acquisition role

  • Autonomous, the Internal Recruitment Manager will be expected to be proactive and to come with new ideas to achieve their goals

  • Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to engage with all levels of candidates and to evaluate their suitability for the roles that Pivotal are hiring

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Accountability to deliver all key times in a timely fashion

  • A completer-finisher mindset to ensure all tasks are completed
