International Paid Search Account Manager – Performance Agency

£35-37k + Benefits


The most awarded Agency in the UK are looking for a talented & experienced Paid Search Marketer to manage one of its largest accounts.

The Role:

  • Lead a team to deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across clients

  • Own the Paid Search activation process for your clients, taking responsibility for day to day deliverables of your team

  • Ensure you have knowledge of BETA and testing opportunities to push your clients’ Search ambitions 

  • Build strong relationships with key OMD technology, data and media vendors to extend your Paid Search knowledge.

  • Start to build a relationship with key clients through regular meetings like QBRs, MBRs etc and reporting calls.

  • Take ownership of creating client presentations for monthly and quarterly meetings.

  • Take responsibility for all financial and reporting outputs of your team

  • Identify opportunities/threats and offer solutions to the Senior AM or AD

  • Support Senior AM or AD in the creation of strategy documents, providing data and insights.

  • Support wider senior teams in the creation of pitch documents and presentation

  • QA junior team members output and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Review team processes regularly and recommend changes if required.

  • Ensure the team creates a steady stream of case studies to be distributed within the business and externally.

  • Helps train/mentor junior team members.


The Requirements:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in managing / activating International paid search media accounts on multiple engines.

  • Expert in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools like Marin, Search Ads 360 etc.

  • Experience in mentoring, managing & training junior team members

  • Degree-level qualification.  Or a distinctive relevant experience that suggests an aptitude and passion for the role and wider digital environment.

  • Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 

  • Proficient in English, and other language skills as the role requires.

  • A team player!
