The Role: 
  • You’ll be expected to manage and provide a superior service to our clients and deliver innovative communications planning solutions. You will apply your knowledge of paid social platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums to overcome the challenges the clients are facing. Furthermore, we are seeking an expert at analysing data to assist in driving digital performance by managing and influencing, activating, planning, and client teams globally. 
  •  Create and deliver a strategic plan that you are your team are guided by to ensure all client expectations are met
  • Supported by and leading a team of account directors, managers, and executives to assist in training, international campaign planning across all vendors
  • You will have client-facing responsibilities around best practice sharing, market and technology updates, campaign reporting and financials
  • Ensure flawless execution of Paid Social campaigns, enabling your team to take ownership but supporting them throughout
  • Managing and overcoming and challenges that arise around channel or the campaign delivery
 
Your Profile:
  •  8+ years of experience within digital media (Paid Social)
  • Strong understanding of different social platforms which include but are not limited to Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Proven strong client-serving skills and can demonstrate building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Clear and effective communications 
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  •  Hands- on attitude and high- attention to detail
