Salary up to £49,500 + benefits

London, United Kingdom (Hybrid, mostly remote)

The role:

As the Marketing Analyst, you will support that journey by ensuring the business needs for Core D&A products and services are explored, captured, analysed and verified so that the solutions designed and delivered meet the objectives of the change initiatives and strategy.  

  • Campaign analysis and marketing econometrics including channel effectiveness insights for all commercial channels, including digital, offline and sales to identify new opportunities, inform decision making and optimise investments
  • Supporting the embedding of a global strategy around data & analytics, growing its maturity and creating outputs that drive action, clarity of decision making and challenging thinking. 
  • In-depth analysis of the external data and customer journeys, marrying quantitative and qualitative data from different sources to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve brand awareness, customer sales growth and the customer experience.
  • Supporting the embedding of exceptional data and analytical skills and expertise across the Group to drive agility, insight discovery and experimentation as close to the customer as possible.  
  • Be one of the Adobe Analytics experts in the region and support stakeholders and management with the relevant digital insights as well as support users to use Adobe Analytics self-serve reports
  • Identify and exploit opportunities for efficiency gains in the campaign process e.g. marketing automation, list extraction, campaign dashboards

Your profile:

  • Power BI and Adobe analytics experience
  • Strong problem-solving skill set and commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication skills, you’ll be comfortable presenting to large groups at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience of having worked in a B2B environment
  • Experience of using Digital Analytics Tools, such as Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of omni-channel, multi-touch attribution.
  • Technical ability in all aspects of the role in tools such as AA, AAM, BO, Power BI, Power Automate, DOMO, Excel, SPSS, R, Python.
