The Opportunity:

With over £120 million series C funding, this EU based start-up is kick starting its next round of growth. Founder just 5 years ago, they have already scaled to nearly 200 people operate across multiple markets – with plenty more to come! You will be part of an agile, fast paced & forward thinking, data driven tech company. With huge amounts of resource available across media, marketing, engineering & analytics. They have plans to build a highly sophisticated growth marketing department.

 

The Role:

In this position you will play a crucial role in the decision making & future trajectory of all marketing efforts:

  • Create marketing reporting and analytics for digital and non-digital forms of performance and awareness campaigns (e.g. OOH)
  • Refine how they measure the ROI of activities and monitor and analyse campaigns/promotional activities against KPIs
  • Build CAC models, attribution models & drive the creation of econometric models
  • Bring customer cohort tracking to the next level, build LTV of different customer groupings
  • Deep dive into the customer’s digital journey - develop and run customer funnel reports, show opportunities for improvement in customer journey
  • Improve tracking setup by implementing and briefing the product team on best practises. By doing so you make sure you have access to the best possible data to analyse.

 

Your Profile:

  • Extensive growth analytics and analytics management experience 
  • Ideally experience with a digital marketplace and/or a tech-focused environment that relies on a mix of online and offline marketing channels
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker or similar)
  • Experience in creating LTV/CAC models for different channels/countries and overall
  • Experience with attribution and econometrics models as well as Media Mix Modelling (MMM)
