Role Overview

The Community Marketing Specialist in our London office will spearhead our customer-centric marketing initiatives. This role focuses on increasing customer lifetime value and fostering a vibrant, interactive community. It goes beyond traditional marketing, emphasizing the importance of building lasting relationships and creating strategies that keep our candidates and clients engaged throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement: Develop and manage our community strategy, leading initiatives to build, nurture, and grow our client and candidate communities, driving engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn.

Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer retention, loyalty, and advocacy, ensuring a memorable brand experience throughout all customer touchpoints.

Content Creation: Produce compelling, value-driven content tailored to our audience's needs and interests, positioning us as a thought leader in talent acquisition.

Brand Management: Elevate our brand through strategic messaging and storytelling, ensuring our value proposition is consistently communicated across all marketing materials.

Design Excellence: Create and maintain visually impactful marketing collateral that resonates with our audience and upholds our brand standard.

Website Oversight: Take charge of the website’s design and ongoing maintenance, ensuring it serves as a seamless, attractive, and functional hub for our community and marketing efforts.

Data-Driven Reporting & Insights: Regularly analyze community and marketing metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategy refinement. Organize, track, and surface data trends on Google Analytics.

Required Skills

Social Media Management (LinkedIn): Strong skills in managing and enhancing the company's presence on LinkedIn, including content creation, community engagement, building brand awareness, monitoring analytics, and running targeted advertising campaigns.

Campaign Management: Ability to oversee and execute various marketing campaigns from conception to completion, including setting objectives, budgeting, scheduling, content creation, multi-channel coordination, performance tracking, and reporting, with a consistent focus on ROI and marketing objectives.

Design Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like Adobe Indesign and Canva to create high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.

Content Mastery: Exceptional copywriting abilities for various formats, from social posts to long-form articles and email campaigns.

Strategic Creativity: A knack for conceptualizing innovative design and community engagement strategies that align with brand objectives.

Organizational Acumen: Solid project management capabilities, with a talent for coordinating cross-channel content and marketing initiatives.

Email Marketing: Proficiency in using Mailchimp (or similar platforms) to design, send, and track email marketing campaigns.

Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in execution, ensuring that all work adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.

SEO: Interest in SEO principles and tactics to increase organic search visibility and rankings.

CRM: Effective utilization of CRM software to organize, analyze, and act on customer data.
