The Role:
- Marketing Science Planners are responsible for supporting innovation in the following areas: Analytics, Measurement and Reporting; Data Science, Testing and Optimisation; Evidence-based Planning and Strategy; AI and Automation
- Responsible for contributing to the delivery of key marketing science and strategy projects
- Work with planners to develop and test new strategies and new technologies
- Train team members and clients on how to utilise new methods and tools day-to-day
- Analyse client, competitor and industry data to understand trends and performance
- Establish new relationships with third parties and suppliers, passing on the day-to-day management of these relationships to relevant team members
- Support planners across the business with scaling new innovations while ensuring they are still strongly integrated
Your Profile:
- 2+ years relevant experience within a paid media, data or tech focused role
- 1+ years relevant experience within digital media marketing
- Good understanding of cross-channel digital paid media
- Strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads and Pinterest Ads
- Familiarity with media planning and buying
- Understanding of social media data sources, including organic data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex subjects simply
- Intermediate Excel user and great with Word and PowerPoint
- Focused under pressure and can get stuff done on a tight deadline
- Loves learning and teaching new things
- Great interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to work autonomously and find solutions without help
