The role:

Working directly with the Director of Subscription Acquisition, this role is responsible for leading campaign creation, management and reporting across a suite of paid search channels to fit into the wider business strategy of customer acquisition & retention as well as brand awareness.


  • Campaign building, maintenance and optimisation across all paid search channels
  • Lead automation projects, using the latest technology & tools to drive optimisation of accounts
  • Ensuring account hygiene, tracking and feeding into analytical tools is always followed – narrow attention to bids, keywords and KPIs.
  • Work on proactive recommendations and opportunities to gain further insights or profit from last-minute prospects.
  • Briefing any creative and copy needs internally in accordance to wider planning needs and following platform’s best practices.


About you:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing large PPC accounts (agency or in-house)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads & a ambition to gain further SEM experience
  • High attention to detail & passion for best in class level work
  • Analytical profile – knowledgeable of Excel & visualisation tools
  • Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and ownership
