The Opportunity

This is your chance to work for a progressive public relations agency who pride themselves on being different from the rest. As the Paid Media Manager, you will be fundamental for the success of the business working with the content, strategy and creative teams to deliver against client objectives and exceed them with a proactive, can-do attitude and desire to provide best-in-class paid social activation and analysis.

The Role

  • This is a very client facing role where you will develop excellent working relationship with clients 
  • Line managing 2x Executives
  • Day-to-day management, reporting and optimisation of client campaigns 
  • Responsible for running paid social campaigns, hitting targets and improving performance
  • Establish and develop paid social best practices for campaign management
  • Campaign integration with other disciplines including, PPC and reactive campaigns.
  • Produce detailed analysis of regular and bespoke client’s reports using platform and conversion data 
  • Looking at the creative strategy of audience behaviour and broad channel engagement with the aim of earning attention.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in optimising and analysing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
  • Confident building relationships with clients and social partners
  • A strong knowledge of the social media ecosystem and how it integrates with other marketing disciplines and the practicalities of integration
  • Team development experience (where this was indirect or direct management)
  • Someone who thrives in an environment where they are given the autonomy to achieve their own goals.
  • Analytical thinker who is confident working with data and numbers with a keen eye to detail
  • Confident communicator able to build relationships across teams and at all levels with an appetite to challenge convention
