Paid Media Manager - Paid Social & PPC

Salary up to £35k

London offices / 100% remote working available 


Have you got Paid Social or PPC experience and are looking to grow you knowledge in another channel?

We're working with an Independent agency currently going through an enormous period of growth. Their clients tend to be eCommerce and retail clients.

They support their clients with all digital channels, such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Display and Amazon services.

With just under 50 employees, they have two offices, one in London, although everyone is working remotely at the moment.They are open to this role being 100% remote in the future.

  • Growing agency, with established eCommerce and Retail clients as well as new clients being won on a regular basis

  • Working across both PPC & Paid Social. Although you only need experience in one to be considered for this role. This could be a great opportunity to expand knowledge across more channels.

  • As the agency grows, there will be the opportunity to set up and run your own client pod


Working within one of the client pods, you will own and deliver industry leading digital strategy for your clients.

  • Account leadership – leading client strategy in conjunction with an Account Director & representative from the agency leadership team

  • Client objectives and context – understand what your clients’ commercial objectives are, why KPIs have been set, and what strategies we have in place to achieve those objectives and hit KPIs

  • Account planning – have an understanding of what your client wants to accomplish in order to continuously plan across channels and platforms


Your profile

  • 18+ months of PPC or Paid Social experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate and work with management, sales and account management

  • Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
