Salary: Up to £55,000

This is an exciting AD role that will predominately work across one of the world’s leading dating companies and one of the largest clients across the company Village. This position has been newly created on the back of winning this client following a major new business process.

The principal elements of the role will be to work with our Performance BD and manage a small team, including a Paid Performance Manager and an Executive.

There will be a heavy client facing element to this role, as you’ll be required to attend weekly calls/meetings and lead on larger monthly and quarterly meetings, with the support of your line manager. As such, it’s essential you feel comfortable with clients, have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and a real hunger for success.
