The Role:
As Paid Performance Manager Manager you will support the Head of Paid Search in the development of Search Marketing strategy for key accounts
-
Campaign Planning, Management & Optimisation
-
Responsible for search product and service delivery
-
Be the client contact for your Paid Search accounts
-
Client facing role on presenting campaign strategy & overall business strategy as well as reporting key performance milestones to data
-
Help to drive innovation and creative search solutions for clients
-
Support new business pitches
-
Team management, people development and take an active role in recruitment for the paid search team
Skills & Attributes:
We are looking for someone with a deep knowledge of Search Marketing:
-
Significant experience within a Paid Search remit at a strategic level (at least 1 year in a manager level role)
-
Excellent knowledge and experience of paid search implementation and strategy
-
Must be able to communicate well, interpret search marketing to clients and manage client expectations

Strategic and innovative

Experience of managing and developing people
