The Opportunity

  • Remote working – You’ll be working remotely, but you’ll be highly involved in the agency. Daily check-ins, team calls and company events are all part of working with us.
  • They’ll fly you out to their Jersey HQ regularly (when we can travel safely) for in-person meetings, company events and nights out.
  • Flexible working – Want to work on your schedule? This agency are happy with that as long as it’s Monday to Friday.
  • Learn as you work – you will be mentored by the agencies founder on what it takes to deliver even more amazing results to clients.
  • Work on things that are exciting. You will have designers, developers and copywriters at your fingertips to help build high-performing campaigns.
  • They’re big on personal development. They’ll support you with training, including any necessary books, courses and conferences.
  • You won’t be micromanaged. There are no fixed working hours, but there’s always deadlines. Every week they set goals and report on their performance to their clients. 


The Role

  • Working closely with clients on Paid Search campaigns across eCommerce
  • Running end to end Paid Search campaigns
  • Leading the delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights.
  • Assisting key stakeholders (internally and externally) with any requests for insight or data they may have.


About You

  •  At least 1.5-2 years of hands-on Paid Search experience.
  • eCommerce experience
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Be organised and motivated
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Google Ads Certified is desirable
  • Practical experience with Google Shopping, Google Display and YouTube
  • Relaxed with talking to clients in meetings and on the phone.
