This successful candidate will define, design, and deliver the agency's vision of ROI+ as a mantra and help champion that spirit to their team, while positioning them as a digital strategy leader, working closely with Social and Design teams. There are several learning and development courses, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress throughout the business. 

The Opportunity

  • Working across the agency’s biggest and most iconic accounts - being devoted to driving innovation across all media platforms.
  • Be part of the process that reaches across all brands and markets with PPC and Biddable channels

  • This position requires a highly motivated, technical & entrepreneurial person to lead day-to-day strategic management across Paid Search, overseeing strategic plan development and all aspects of execution, whilst simultaneously delivering immaculate client serving. 
  • Proactively utilising the technology available and implementing processes to maximise operational efficiencies 

The Role

  • This role focuses on managing the team, operations, and client servicing across Search (SEO, PPC & Social).  The successful candidate will be organised and have strong project management skills.
  • Our client is looking for someone with a genuine passion for Paid Search
  • Strong leadership experience: ensuring all members are trained, knowledgeable, and executing every aspect of their duties within the agreed scope of work. Keeping morale high, communication seamless across the group, interventions swiftly implemented, and provide elements of coaching/mentoring to develop the team.

About Yourself

  • A strong search background (PPC & Biddable)
  • Extensive experience of managing large teams & clients at a senior level
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Proven record of driving value for clients and a strong demonstration of commercial understanding
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
