The Role:

  • The opportunity to join the next tech Unicorn here in the UK as the first Paid Search specialist in the team reporting into the Head of Acquisition.

  • They have very aggressive growth plans and you'll be the first team member in PPC which naturally offers a huge amount of rapid progression for your career  

  • Managing a budget of £50k a month, to begin with, and this will likely ramp up at record speed as they have only just launched the app in the UK 

  • Full ownership of the channel from planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting on campaigns

  • Activating campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Bing 

  • Continuously testing process to drive performance. You'll have a lot of autonomy in this role and help build process and automation

  • Beyond keyword search, you’ll be involved in Youtube and Display

  • Ability to work on international campaigns outside of the UK market


Required Skills:

  • Experience working in an agency or brand – likely with a D2C focus or Ecommerce

  • You will need hands-on activation exp with the likes of Google ads and feel confident with automation

  • Any app acquisition, Apple IOS search exp will be a major plus

  • Passionate about joining a genuine tech unicorn and thriving in an environment which is building it’s foundations for success
