Paid Search Manager 

£35 - 40k + Benefits

The Role:

  • Lead a team to deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across clients

  • Own the Paid Search activation process for the client, taking responsibility for day to day deliverables of your team

  • Ensure you have knowledge of BETA and testing opportunities to push your clients’ Search ambitions 

  • Build strong relationships with key technology, data and media vendors to extend your Paid Search knowledge.

  • Take ownership of creating client presentations for monthly and quarterly meetings.

  • Take responsibility for all financial and reporting outputs of your team

  • Identify opportunities/threats and offer solutions to the AD

  • Support Senior AD in the creation of strategy documents, providing data and insights.

  • Review team processes regularly and recommend changes if required

  • Ensure the team creates a steady stream of case studies to be distributed within the business and externally

  • Manage and develop junior team members

 

Your Profile:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in managing / activating International paid search media accounts on multiple engines.

  • Expert in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools like Marin, Search Ads 360 etc.

  • Experience in mentoring, managing & training junior team members

  • Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 

  • Proficient in English, and other language skills as the role requires.

  • A team player
