The Role:
-
Lead a team to deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across clients
-
Own the Paid Search activation process for the client, taking responsibility for day to day deliverables of your team

Ensure you have knowledge of BETA and testing opportunities to push your clients’ Search ambitions

Build strong relationships with key technology, data and media vendors to extend your Paid Search knowledge.

Take ownership of creating client presentations for monthly and quarterly meetings.

Take responsibility for all financial and reporting outputs of your team

Identify opportunities/threats and offer solutions to the AD
-
Support Senior AD in the creation of strategy documents, providing data and insights.

Review team processes regularly and recommend changes if required

Ensure the team creates a steady stream of case studies to be distributed within the business and externally

Manage and develop junior team members
Your Profile:
-
2-3 years minimum experience in managing / activating International paid search media accounts on multiple engines.

Expert in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools like Marin, Search Ads 360 etc.

Experience in mentoring, managing & training junior team members
-
Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure
-
Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

Proficient in English, and other language skills as the role requires.
