Paid Search Manager - PPC

The Opportunity:

  • 12 Month FTC
  • This is a fantastic client-side opportunity to work with one of the worlds’ leading hotel companies, partnered with over 5000 Hotels in around 100 countries around the world which include the most prestigious, most attractive house-hold hotel names
  • Extremely healthy work/life balance
  • Established in-house marketing department covering Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic, Display and offline

  • Lead a team of 5 and work across EMEA and APAC markets

 

The Role:

  • Continuously work towards improving the overall COS (Cost of Sale) of the accounts to drive a strong ROI for IHG hotels
  • Optimize and build out search accounts to improve performance and capitalize on opportunities
  • Work closely with the other members of the search team to ensure budget is appropriately distributed across accounts
  • Work as a team with regional search managers and specialists to ensure campaigns are being represented in all channels globally
  • Provide regular reporting on search accounts performance
  • Monitor and report on Brand/Trademark infringements within the search space
  • Keep up to date on developments and trends in online advertising and communicate knowledge of industry landscape to global and regional teams. 
  • Working across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Kenshoo (Kenshoo experience not a vital requirement)

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Paid Search.
  • Strong influencing/consensus building, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and research abilities – experience of using reports and analysis to make strategic decisions
  • Proficient in the use of Search Engine Platforms, Excel Pivot Tables and Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience of managing large search budgets whilst maintain the business’ cost of sale target.
