The Role:
- Being the first point of contact for clients and their media/creative agencies
- Providing training & product support on our proprietary platform to self-serve clients and agencies via LiveChat, Email, Phone and Screenshare
- Consulting on best practice across Facebook, Display, YT and CRM (training will be given)
- Working with the Creative Strategy team to provide strategic responses to client briefs
- Getting stuck-in to New Business pitches, developing a strong relationship with clients and their agencies, and growing within their current client base
- Using the platform, ensuring flawless execution of managed service campaigns across Social, CRM and Display
Your profile:
- 2 years’ experience at another Facebook Marketing Partner, or extensive campaign management experience on Facebook using campaign management tools
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, spreadsheet formulas
- You are customer-focussed and detail-obsessed. You’ll be looking to gain an insight into the latest data-driven marketing strategies, and you’ll be hungry to take on a new challenge and gain more responsibility.
- Ability to grasp technical knowledge and concepts quickly
