The Role:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients and their media/creative agencies
  • Providing training & product support on our proprietary platform to self-serve clients and agencies via LiveChat, Email, Phone and Screenshare
  • Consulting on best practice across Facebook, Display, YT and CRM (training will be given)
  • Working with the Creative Strategy team to provide strategic responses to client briefs
  • Getting stuck-in to New Business pitches, developing a strong relationship with clients and their agencies, and growing within their current client base
  • Using the platform, ensuring flawless execution of managed service campaigns across Social, CRM and Display

 

Your profile:

  • 2 years’ experience at another Facebook Marketing Partner, or extensive campaign management experience on Facebook using campaign management tools
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, spreadsheet formulas
  • You are customer-focussed and detail-obsessed. You’ll be looking to gain an insight into the latest data-driven marketing strategies, and you’ll be hungry to take on a new challenge and gain more responsibility.
  • Ability to grasp technical knowledge and concepts quickly
