We are looking for an experienced Paid Social professional to lead a team on one of the World’s largest brands for the UK’s most awarded media agency.

The Role:
As Paid Social Director you will be responsible for:
-
Accountable for the multi-million-pound P&L
-
Strategic leadership and client management
-
Develop advertising strategies with a primary focus on Paid Social
-
Managing an existing team of 4 people (still expanding)
-
Knowledge across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Linked In, Adwords, Bing etc
-
Lead relationships with key media & tech partners such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google,
-
Coach, mentor and develop core staff
Your Profile:
-
Solid experience in Paid Social, as this is the primary focus

Strategic planning and management skills
-
Senior level relationship management (internal and external)
-
An accomplished presenter and influencer
-
A track record of building high performance teams
-
Performance Management and training
-
Coaching & mentoring
