You are part of a tight-knit, passionate and growing paid social team owning your own accounts, working on six figure budgets. The Company 

  • Leading Premium Sports Nutrition brand 
  • 150% year-on-year growth 
  • Performance team was 10 in March, now up to 20 
  • Tight-knit, ambitious bunch of creative, numerical & like-minded people currently in their next phase of fast growth
  • Due to their prestigious global brand name, they have featured on the likes of This Morning, The Guardian, Women’s Running Awards 2020, Men’s Health and The Evening Standard 

 

The Role 

  • With support from the Social Innovation Lead, create and communicate the roadmap for a sustainable and diverse Paid Social strategy that will align to profitable growth across all business categories
  • Create clear and compelling commercial business cases for testing new social channels and formats to drive new innovation
  • Work collaboratively to create measurement frameworks to understand the true impact of all existing and new activiton
  • Incorporate testing, efficiency and incrementality at the heart of all existing and new activity to always be challenging the effectiveness of every pound spent
  • Work with cross channel teams to ensure content and campaign alignment where relevant
  • Work with Social Platform account managers to be ahead of the game for Betas, and always challenge how they should be implementing and delivering growth
  • Create a clear optimisation roadmap for in-channel and on-site opportunities to drive efficiency gains, focused on the tech-side of automation; using data to make better decisions (audiences, bidding, feeds, etc.).
  • A key contributor across Digital Marketing, working collaboratively with peers to drive team performance forward

 

Your Profile 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a paid social role – either in-house or agency 
  • Numerically driven, creative and passionate for paid social – somebody who gives a damn! 
  • Ads Manager experience, Google Analytics & Ecommerce accounts/brand
