The Role
As the Paid Social Lead you will be the spokesperson for the channel within the organisation:

Developing & refining the businesses approach to Biddable on a global scale
-
Oversee all planning & execution of all Paid Social activity on major platforms
-
Establish best practises for accurate & consistent marketing automation processes
-
Consistently test & optimise to find new ways to improve performance
-
Co-ordinate with Growth, Product & Tech departments to maximise market entries, event launches & local market optimisation
Skills and Attributes
-
2+ years Paid Social experience
-
Excellent understanding of optimisation techniques (research, activation & evaluation)
-
Full working knowledge of software tools within Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
-
Strong project management skills & ability to maintain order amongst a busy workload
-
High proactive & excellent at making things happen quickly
