Are you looking to join a rapidly growing brand? This innovative fitness platform is using technology & design to create immersive experiences though exercise.


The Opportunity:

As Silicon Valley, series F start-up which has raised close to $100,000,000 in funding! Are building out a new London office to help the crack the European market. This office will act as a central hub across the EMEA region, in a hybrid media modal supporting global alignment. Acting as a ‘start-up’ within an established business, you will have the autonomy & ownership to growth the department as you see fit.



Reporting to the Head of Performance you will be responsible for driving performance though Social:

  • Full ownership of planning & executing Paid Social activity across EMEA

  • Leading the in-housing integration from a partner agency

  • Owning strategy – forecasting, budgeting, trafficking

  • Maximise performance, by improving account structuresImplement data driven strategies

  • Responsible for in-depth reporting that will be shared across teams within the company

  • Partner closely with cross functional teams to drive best practice


Your Profile:

  • 4+ years hands on experience, directly running large scale Paid Social campaigns

  • Proven track record of producing outstanding growth results from your accounts, agency or client side

  • You have the ability to build, scale & optimise paid media campaigns

  • Expert knowledge in social platforms, bid management tools & third party tagging systems

  • You have experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with changing priorities
