Are you an in-house paid social master of your craft or an agency professional who is keen to move in-house?


The Opportunity:

Our client are an e-commerce D2C holding company with three D2C brands with subscription models, including one brand with 10,000 paying customers who have signed up to a monthly subscription to receive lifestyle products. They are also growing their customer base by 1,500 a month.

Founded in 2017 by ex-leaders one of the fastest tech companies in the UK, they operate in the UK and North America and have big plans to scale further globally. In 2020, business revenue and customers have doubled in and they are scaling out the marketing team and hiring Paid Social, PPC, CRO, CRM, Affiliate experts in the next 6 months.

Paid social spend is currently £40-60k a month which is managed in-house and it is predicted that paid social spend alone will reach £1 million in 2021.

This is an opportunity to join as one of the first members of the team, report to the CMO and own paid social within the business. You will have the opportunity to learn from an impressive CMO and you will be given lots of support to ensure you are successful, whilst continuing to develop your skills.



  • Drive growth across paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok
  • Scale customer acquisition
  • Product engaging ad creative which the target audience can relate to
  • Work on strategy to design awesome video ad campaigns
  • Liaise with video production and graphic design teams
  • Design, build, optimise and test campaign performance to produce optimal results
  • Monitor KPI’s and optimise ad spend to achieve ROAS goals
  • Report on performance


We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years paid social experience either in-house (agency background considered if working with ecommerce/D2C clients)
  • Experienced in running paid social across Facebook and Instagram
  • An individual who is passionate about Facebook media buying & customer acquisition
  • Process driven and methodical approach to growth
  • Someone who uses their analytical nous to drive commercial outcomes
