Salary up to £40k

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and execute incredible paid social campaigns for an FMCG leader. It is a global role, working across 19 markets. The account is very much branding focussed, however there is still some elements of reporting. For this account, the team stretches across 30 people, both in-house and outsourcing. You will also have the opportunity to manage 1 Paid Social Executive, however, managerial experience is not a requirement. 


What you’ll be doing:

Reporting into the Paid Social Director you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and deliver standout strategies across multiple markets for paid social campaigns.
  • Strong experience across both social branding and performance campaigns
  • Take overall responsibility for managing budgets for specific clients and campaigns
  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team
  • Help facilitate a strong ‘team’ ethos and exhibit focused and positive team leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in planning, activating and reporting on Paid Social campaigns across the major Social Media channels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exemplary track record in managing budgets and booking finance
  • Be solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance across accounts.
  • Confidence in driving innovation and proposing new solutions to clients
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of work with strong attention to detail within an agreed deadline


What you will bring:

  • 3+ Years Paid Social experience
  • Experience in planning, managing and activating multichannel social campaigns (Facebook, Snap, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter)
  • Experience of global and multi-brand clients
  • Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of social media and digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of how owned, earned, shared and paid social media work together and specifically with traditional media and search as well as other marketing disciplines
  • Detail orientated with first-class analytical skills  
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you
  • Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences.
  • Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked
  • Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
