The Opportunity: 

You will be managing a team of 7, with help of the Account Director and BD, running a talented & collaborative paid social team. This role will lead on all paid social strategy to filter down to their 4 Planners and 3 Executives, but you will also be expected to lend a hand with optimisation & activations. Not to forget, you will also lead on all client comms. It is genuine world-class execution, budgets and resources.

The Role:

A Paid Social Manager is responsible for the planning, management, optimisation and reporting of Paid Social accounts within their team - driving efficiencies and seeking opportunities for revenue and income growth. The role will leverage media buying across social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat. You will understand and contribute to wider client business strategy, working with agency teams to deliver integrated multi-channel solutions that achieve overall client objectives and business SLA’s, ensuring the smooth and profitable running of their accounts.

  • Create/design Social biddable media strategy for client portfolio with managers
  • Ensure strategy is clear and most appropriate to the client's objectives and KPIs with managers
  • Ensure the quality of delivery and that strategy is effectively implementable by the team
  • Manage the relationship with the client principle and ensure client and agency aspirations are aligned
  • To manage both internal and external stakeholders understanding of Paid Social, through education and relevant communication.
  • Overseeing planning, optimisation, uploading, reporting and campaign management across all social media channels
  • Manage, motivate and train individuals, in line with business requirements, resource, and development needs
  • Ensure individuals workloads are managed and prioritised in line with client needs
  • Support and nurture junior employees, ensuring their training and development needs are constantly evaluated and fulfilled


Your Profile:

  • Hands on campaign experience across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Pintrest 
  • Paid Social/Biddable team management experience 
  • Great record of working with E-Commerce clients or working for an E-Commerce brand 
  • Performance/DR campaign experience 
  • Experience leading client communications 
  • Multi-market experience preferable
