Performance Lead – International Agency

A global leader in digital, is assembling their very own London Luxury Hub and is looking for a proven leader to come in and be Pivotal in this change. They are part of a larger network but operate as their own independent entity focusing on high end, global clients. The London team will operate as a best practice ‘Centre of Excellence’ and is looking for entrepreneurial people within digital to help them grow their international media offering.
The Company:

The Role:
- This role will be the London lead for the agency – they will be the main voice and highest escalation for clients
- You will pitch for new business, manage the team and be instrumental in growing the London Hub
- You will develop and lead innovative, data driven strategies
- Champion digital innovation across the brand
Skills Required:
- You will have deep knowledge of performance marketing channels (specifically PPC) with proven experience in leading a team
- You will be analytical and data driven
- Proven track record with pitching and growing accounts
- Minimum 4 years’ agency experience
- Lots of client facing experience and the drive to spend a lot of time out of the office
