An opportunity to work on one of the most fast-paced, progressive and dynamic alcohol brands at a global, digital leading network agency. Do you have the ultimate goal of becoming a Performance Manager on a mighty, mutli-million-pound brand? This role is top of the league stuff, as you will be overseeing strategy and planning of Search & Programmatic campaigns and helping to drive the growth and performance of the team. 

 

The Opportunity:

  • The role is fully remote for now, but will be based at their incredibly modern Kings Cross Office

The Role:

  • You will need to recommend how to apply digital buying to help our client's grow their business.
  • You will manage more junior team members to deliver the work and you will be responsible for the quality of the work that they deliver. We want people in the team to come to you for guidance and support 
  • You will build relationships with people from across the agency and learn from their experience.
  • You will need to be up to date with developments within digital buying; and be able to recommend ways to incorporate new techniques and partnerships into our work.
  • Supports the Exec Director with cross-channel, big picture strategy development 
  • Support the team to deliver campaign execution, optimization, and analysis, with a great eye for detail. 
  • Ensures channel plans are created and executed in line with strategy 
  • Budget monitoring and finance reconciliation on a regular basis 

 

Your Profile:

  • Understand the roles of all relevant digital tools & systems available and know where to source information. 
  • Understand and work towards campaign KPIs. 
  • Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills. 
  • You will be able to work with other digital teams and feel comfortable discussing how individual channels fit into the overall marketing mix. 
  • You will be a leader in your team, able to recommend new approaches based on your experience.
  • You need to be creative in the way you solve problems, able to ‘think outside the box’ to find solutions to business challenges. 
  • You will be able to explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues in a way that is easy to understand.
