The Role:
- Role sits directly in the global team
- Responsible for European markets, and work with smaller hubs across the world
- Manage client servicing team and pockets of specialists
- Performance channels include: Search, Amazon, Display, Social, Commerce
- Budget management – majority of their budget is focused around Search
- Help facilitate planning + operate local markets
- Campaign Planning/Reporting and Brief Management
- Team development – conducting bi-weekly 121’s, arrange opportunities for learning
Your profile:
- PPC background is a must, with experience of activation
- Have an innate curiosity and a willingness to share ideas, thoughts & insights with the wider team.
- Develop a strong working relationship with colleagues & nurture positive team spirit.
- Work collaboratively and develop strong relationships with Bacardi internal departments and other agencies partners.
- Be part of the discussion – in our client meetings everyone’s opinions count so you need to make yours heard too!
- Have great work ethic and actively take pride in everything you do - really care about delivering great work.
- Great attention to detail and a high level of numeracy – spot it first!
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and approach.
- Manage the development of the Senior Planners and Planners across the team.
- High level of literacy and accuracy with English language.
