The opportunity:

They are a founder-led Performance Marketing Agency set up by former Google and Facebook experts, specialising in scaling E-commerce Advertisers on Paid Social, working with some of the most exciting and disruptive brands in this space. 

 

Since launching in 2017, they have become one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in the UK and have doubled in size every year. They are also one of only a handful of agencies across EMEA with ‘Premium’ Partner Status as part of Facebook’s Marketing Partner program. In addition, they are also one of the first Certified Partners for Snapchat and have recently gained ‘Expert’ status. This means exclusive access to both Facebook and Snapchat teams, events, and training.

 

The Role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be focused on both the high-level strategy and execution of global paid social campaigns on channels such as Facebook & Instagram, managing large, always-on budgets of >£50K per month – optimizing to performance KPIs of CPA or ROAS. You will also have the opportunity to work on and test other current and emerging channels such as Google, Snapchat, Amazon & Pinterest.

 

Consultation
As a Facebook marketing expert, you will be responsible for consulting with your portfolio of accounts to identify new opportunities and approaches, as well as aid in advice for targeting and creative iterations via partnering with in-house design teams and creative partners.

 

Client Servicing
You will work alongside the Head of Delivery on a portfolio of Ecommerce accounts, responsible for developing & executing on marketing strategies for your customers in line with agreed performance KPIs. You will also be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships at all levels with clients through weekly calls, in-person reviews and office-hours sessions.

 

Transition
We ultimately want to empower our clients to transition their marketing activities in-house when they are ready to do. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be fully involved in this transition process, guiding our customers through this period and passing over your knowledge and expertise.

 

Your profile

  • 9+ months in Facebook marketing for performance advertisers, with hands-on experience of planning and executing large scale eCommerce and/or App performance marketing campaigns (>$50K per month)

  • Highly qualified candidates have an excellent academic record

  • Experience working with other performance marketing channels such as Snapchat, Amazon, Pinterest etc a strong plus

  • Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify trends

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel & pivot tables

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate and work with management, sales and account management

  • Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
