Are you an experienced performance marketing expert looking to take that next step, head up a team & department? Pivotal are delighted to have been retained exclusively to conduct a search for a Performance Marketing lead to join this established and well respected D2C powerhouse.

The Opportunity:

Our client are a disruptive Series F funded D2C business and have raised nearly 800m to date! They have grown to 600+ employees globally and are recognised as being best in-class.

Their journey started in 2013 in the US, before expanding to the UK and EMEA. Developing their brand & diversifying the product range. Recently launching 2 new brands within their portfolio.

Role:

  • Oversee and build a world-class digital direct response media mix for the UK and European direct-to-consumer business
  • Drive, develop and optimize the digital marketing strategy
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement with regards to creative, delivering (and measuring effectively) cost-effective A/B testing across social, display and other channels.
  • Work across multiple countries, primarily the UK and Germany.
  • Own weekly, monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting of your owned channels. Gain a strong perspective on how this fits within and influences the broader marketing mix.
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends in performance, and refine attribution methodology for your media channels
  • Manage 3-4 Growth Marketing Executives, including development and coaching

 

We Are Looking For:

  • You have 6+ years’ experience in growth/acquisition marketing, ideally with experience in at least three of the following channels: social, PPC, display, native, affiliates
  • Highly analytical, able to generate meaningful insight from broad data sets and effective at presenting findings
  • Highly personable, comfortable with commercial negotiation and relationship management
  • Numbers-orientated – you pride yourself on hitting challenging financial targets
  • Strong, value-driven manager – excellent coaching ability
  • Team player – you get energy working both independently but also as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented – you care about the detail, however big or small, and always strive to ensure your work is thorough and accurate.
  • Constantly curious and have a relentless approach to learning new things and innovating – you’re a fast learner.
  • Experience with marketing in Germany or France (desirable)

 

Time frames: Deadlines for applications will be 15th May. With 1st stage interviews w/c 16th May.
