Salary up to 85k + equity

Pivotal is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing health/sex tech start-up who are looking for a new Performance Lead. After raising one of the largest seed-stage investments for a sextech firm in Europe, this role is tasked with owning the full digital direct response media mix, cracking & scaling multi channel activity.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of our global performance marketing strategy ahead of their Series A funding round. We’re looking for a fast moving, strategic and data-driven talent, who thrives on impact, cracking new channels and optimising existing ones.

  • Working with the founders to create a performance marketing strategy
  • Take control of centralised dashboards and report regularly
  • Optimise existing performance channels and crack new ones
  • Create budgets and accurately forecast growth quarter to quarter
  • Evolve our internationalisation strategy with new learnings
  • Build and maintain relationships with our channel account managers

 

Requirements:

  • Experience within an early stage start-ups is desirable
  • Time working with B2C subscription based products
  • Strong analytical skills and a data led approach to decision making
  • Experience iterating ads through creative insights
  • Ability to move fast while maintaining an eye for detail
  • A deep understanding of working with CPAs, conversion rates and ROIs
  • Good communications skills to inspire collaboration in a team
  • Compassion, empathy, understanding, or interest in mental health
