£40-£45k + 10% Bonus + Benefits





With over 50 venues on the West End Broadway and across the UK, US and Germany processing over 11m tickets annually worldwide this A global leader in live theatre and the UK’s largest theatre ticketing business is looking Performance Marketing specialist to lead their inhouse team across PPC< Paid Social and Display.


The Opportunity:

The Performance Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the technical requirements and realising the marketing departments vision by developing and deploying best in class performance marketing campaigns which increases tickets sales and market share


The Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day paid search activities including campaign planning, implementation and daily optimisation to drive traffic and sales

  • Define and implement a retargeting strategy across RSLA, display and social channels

  • Analyse activity and determine the optimisation required at campaign level deliver a best practise approach and drive efficiency within all campaigns

  • Proactively build and manage relationships with internal teams and technology partners to ensure the team is at the forefront of technology, trends and innovation

  • Budget management and reporting - analyse performance across all channels and actively report on key metrics including ROI, market share, ticket sales, memberships sales and customer acquisition

  • Own the implementation and maintenance of best practise tracking processes for all performance marketing activity across all brands and sites. 

  • Ensure new processes are adopted and all staff are trained

  • Mentor and manage a team of 4 x Performance Marketing Executives by providing ongoing technical expertise and coaching to increase inhouse technical knowledge and individual personal development of the team


Your Profile:

  • Outstanding skills as a technical expert deploying digital marketing strategies across performance channels: paid search, display or paid social

  • Experience with SA360 and a paid search expert

  • Excellent knowledge of web analytics and an ability to analyse data from multiple sources

  • Good communicator who can provide actionable insights to a none specialist audience

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
