Performance Marketing Manager - *Must Speak German*

Are you a German speaker ready for your next challenge? A tech focused ecommerce business is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive acquisition to their retail site. They have achieved consistent double digit growth over the last 10 years and hold 90% of the market share in their specialism.
The Opportunity:
You will be working closely with the Head of Performance and other team members to ensure best in class performance of the Global Performance Marketing function across SEM, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates & App/Play Store Marketing.
The Role:
Working closely with the Head of Performance you will support in developing the Performance Marketing strategies for the business.
- Support the Head of with setting strategy, traffic & revenue forecasts, budgets and overall performance against plan
- Optimise Performance to increase revenue & profit while creating efficiency
- Work with key partners across the business to design a holistic overarching strategy
- Assist in ensuring Performance Tech is best in class by identifying and implementing improvements across technology, reporting and insights
Your Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience within Performance Marketing with demonstrated success
- Proven track record of consistently delivering strong results
- Ideally coming from an eCommerce or retail background where there was a focus daily trading performance
- Expert-level knowledge & experience of DR and Brand campaigns
- PPC and Google Shopping campaigns, preferably within a retail/eCommerce vertical
- A deep familiarity with Google Search Ads360 bid management software, tracking technology, Google Shopping, Martech & Adtech
- Demonstrated Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, highly collaborative and innovative in everything you do
- Ideally you will have in-house or agency experience
