The Role:

There is rarely a typical day in this role… given their rapid expansion there are constantly exciting new challenges to overcome. You will be working closely with the Head of Ecom, a diverse, enthusiastic & talent team as part of the growing ecommerce team. Your focus will be expanding & optimising the global ecommerce performance marketing strategy with a focus on Google Ads.

● Owning strategy and implementation of the global PPC, Facebook and display strategies to help maximise commercial performance. The primary focus will be Google Ads initially.

● Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance and ad copy.

● You will write content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages as well as run A/B tests to continuously improve our commercial performance.

● Initiate, develop and maintain custom reporting on all digital marketing activity against specific KPIs.

● Work with the broader ecommerce team to identify, develop and test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our existing and new products to each target group.
 

Your profile:

● Previous experience of digital marketing, with a primary focus on Google PPC (ideally 2+ years). Experience of working with or within an ecommerce business would be beneficial.

● Proven track record of delivering and adapting a performance marketing strategy according to key business KPIs in a fast-paced online business.

● Advanced user of Google AdWords (Google AdWords Certified is preferable) and Bing Ads.

● Experience of building and optimising Facebook and Display campaigns.

● A data driven mindset and experience of data collation, stitching, cleanup, and manipulation for analysis purposes as well as the production of internal performance reports.

● Highly analytical and commercially minded – able to take insights from analytics platforms and report, present and propose future strategies.

● The desire to thrive in a fast-paced and scaling environment, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
