Given the Covid-19 shift to online ecommerce & sustainability becoming a big a factor in everyone’s daily lives, this brand has achieved explosive growth this year & smashed all targets! They are now looking to stay on the same trajectory in 2021 & scaling the team across multiple functions.

 

The opportunity:

 

Launching only 2 years ago, they have already achieved substantial growth. Securing over £2.5m in seed investment from top VC’s in the UK & US, a valuation at over £10m & a top 10 place in the UK’s fastest growing start-ups. Founded by senior stakeholders with proven track records in the industry with the likes of Hello Fresh & Google. This brand is on its way to becoming a house hold name! They are now looking for new Performance Marketing manager to help take the business to the next level. You will lead & own acquisition marketing channels to delivery growth across different lines of business (DTC/Subs):

 

The Role:

 

  • Develop and implement the Facebook/Instagram paid media strategy to support our ambitious growth objectives
  • Review and optimise performance daily by driving the testing agenda across ad objectives, formats, bidding techniques, creative, messaging and landing pages and helping our content team set their editorial agenda.
  • Develop and implement our paid search strategy by updating keywords, ad copy, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Report on all paid social and search metrics, providing clear insights and actions.
  • Be the go to Facebook and Google guru, staying informed of platform developments

 


Skills Required:

 

  • Extensive D2C/Ecom customer acquisition experience in high growth online businesses or agency
  • Previous hands-on experience within key digital platforms, especially Facebook Ad Manager and Google suite.
  • Proven ability of creating campaigns that deliver increased traffic, engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to report on performance compiling data and insights from multiple sources.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with a subscription-led brand is a plus.
