The Opportunity:

They are a boutique Performance Marketing Agency supporting a client base of Sports & Entertainment clients. The company aim to utilise its expertise in Paid Social, Strategy, Content, Creative, Paid Search, SEO & E-Commerce to deliver tangible results to their clients.


Your Role:

Initially supporting the existing team & putting in place the necessary processes and resources, the role will be required to lead the campaign planning & implementation function of the business.


Main Individual Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all parts of the campaign lifecycle, including paid media planning, campaign setup & buying, and campaign reporting functions.
  • Responding to client queries & questions, the role requires the candidate to be the lead active member of the client support function
  • Focussed primarily on the UK, the role also requires contact (via calls, email and occasional visits) with other European markets
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth running of campaigns
  • Supporting wider team on proposals and responses to briefs to help win new clients
  • Ensuring that all campaigns are meeting client KPI deliverables
  • Management & development of direct line staff – the ambition is to grow a full team and this role will lead that business function as a matter of course
  • Reporting



Your Profile:

  • Very Experienced with Ads manager and/or Google Ads 
  • Client facing / client relationship experience
  • Media experience preferable (agency group or media owner)
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Management tools & their position within the wider marketing and media space
  • Experience of hitting targets/KPIs individually or as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm, drive, creativity and willing to get involved in all areas of the business to drive it forward
