The Role:
Reporting to the director of growth marketing, you will be tasked with the challenge of creating a paid engine machine of growth through digital media:

Establish the performance marketing function across SEM, Programmatic & Social
-
Identify new channels & strategies to help accelerate growth across all Paid Media
-
Over see day to day responsibility of planning, execution & analysis of digital campaigns with external agency partners
-
Implement attribution measurements across all digital touchpoints
-
Manage internal stakeholders as part of an international marketing team
Skills Required:
-
Minimum of 4 years Agency or In-house experience in an online acquisition SEM focused role

Strong knowledge of paid media (Paid Search, Programamtic & Paid Social) advertising, ECRM & affiliate marketing programmes
-
Knowledge of third party tagging systems, measuring ROI beyond last click attribution
-
Strong leadership qualities & managerial experience
-
eCommerce experience preferred
