Performance Marketing Manager – PPC

The Opportunity:
Since launching in 2016, they have made a major impact in the woman’s fashion and apparel sector across the UK. Continuing their growth, they are now looking to scale and launch their offering across U.S, Australia, and wider Europe. With this growth they are looking to take more control of their paid media activities and inhouse their acquisition channels.
The Role:
You will be joining a rapidly growing business in the Fashion space and each day will bring new exciting challenges. You will be working closely with the Founder, giving you the ability to have a bird’s eye view of all sales and marketing activity, allowing you to understand the best ways to drive growth.
Main responsibilities include:
● Owning the strategy and implementation of all things PPC to help maximise commercial performance.
● Extensive testing and keyword research, analysing and optimising to enhance performance.
● You will write content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages as well as run A/B tests to continuously improve ROAS and revenues.
● Create custom reporting on all digital marketing activity against specific KPIs.
● Work with the broader data teams to gain a greater understanding of the consumers behaviour online.
Your profile:
● Previous experience of digital marketing, with a primary focus on PPC (ideally 2+ years). Experience of working with or within an ecommerce business would be beneficial.
● Proven track record of delivering and adapting a performance marketing strategy according to key business KPIs in a fast-paced online business.
● Advanced user of Google AdWords (Google AdWords Certified is preferable) and Bing Ads.
● Experience of building and optimising Facebook campaigns is preferred
● Highly analytical and commercially minded – able to take insights from analytics platforms and report, present and propose future strategies.
● Experience working in the Fashion and Apparel sector will be a major advantage
