With over $150 million in funding, this Long Beach Californian start-up is making waves in the market. Their technology connects the gaming, sport & fitness communities on a global scale. With offices in CA, LDN, NY & RIO, they have achieved exponential global growth since their founding in 2014. You will be part of an agile, fast paced & forward think data driven tech company.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will plan & run daily Paid Search & Paid Social activity across multiple regions:

Run daily optimisation of subscription acquisition & eCommerce campaigns across performance campaigns

Maximise performance, by improving account structures
-
Implement data driven strategies
-
Maintain & develop performance dashboards to drive marketing efficiency

Responsible for in-depth reporting that will be shared across teams within the company

Partner closely with cross functional teams to drive best practice
Your Profile:
-
4+ years hands on experience, directly running large scale Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns
-
Proven track record of producing outstanding growth results from your accounts, agency or client side
-
You have the ability to build, scale & optimise paid media campaigns
-
Expert knowledge in Google Analytics, Ads, GA 360, bid management tools & third party tagging systems

You have experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with changing priorities
