One of the world’s most innovative Media Agency’s is looking for a Paid Search Director to join their agency and work on their new agency wins: spanning toy brands and beauty. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Paid Manager / existing AD to join a growing team, and also develop their career in Digital Marketing.
The Role

Collaborate with the Search Lead to deliver top-tier PPC strategy, execution, and operations.

Develop innovative campaigns for the account across all paid search and biddable platforms.

Focus on Google products and work with various media partners.
Key Responsibilities

Accountable for search activations and campaign performance.

Serve as a key contact, supporting internal planning/account teams and the search client.

Demonstrate expertise in performance-oriented campaigns with revenue and ROAS objectives.

Communicate advanced concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategic and operational workstreams, such as test-and-learn plans.

Maintain a solutions-focused mindset, improving processes and team quality.

Manage a team of 4+ search experts in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver large-scale campaigns efficiently using Search Ads 360.

Manage financial aspects and adhere to agency and client processes.
Ideal Candidate Experience

Experience in shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns preferred.

Multi-market campaign management experience is a plus.

Previous agency experience is a plus.

Enjoys working with data and has strong attention to detail.

Highly performance-focused and results-driven.

Provides a strategic point-of-view and leads campaign direction.

Excellent client servicing skills.
