The Opportunity: 

These guys are a world-renowned media agency, leading the way within the digital world. They are trusted by the most well-known, widely used E-Commerce, Retail, FMCG, Gaming brands known to humankind. Think million pound budgets on every account. 

Within your remit, this specific team is set up as 1 Director, 3 Managers and 2 SAE’s, however they are looking to grow to x2 Directors, x4 Managers and x7 Execs. You could be a part of this fast-paced, growing team! From this, you will be the direct line report for 2/3 execs.


The Role:

THE THINGS YOU WILL LEARN: Amazon Search, Criteo and Citrus. Experience on these platforms is not necessary, but this is a great opportunity to begin to learn these much needed and desired platforms. Not only will this make you more employable in the future, but it’ll make you an incredibly skilled Paid Search Specialist. These platforms are the future. 


  • Leading the planning, creation, and on-going management of Paid Search campaigns.
  • Proactively performing regular optimization of accounts, monitoring market changes and identifying development opportunities.
  • Creating and leading the execution of development and testing plans including media owner betas where possible.
  • Preparing presentations and leading client calls and face to face meetings
  • Working with the AD to devise campaign strategy and translate this into campaign delivery
  • Develop and manage your Paid Search team to an industry leading standard.
  • Responsible for quality of all work output from your team across all clients; ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice.
  • Monitor client results and delivery against forecast & provide clear strategic direction on how to improve performance.
  • Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, on time and in line with agency values.
  • Build & maintain project and account development plans outlining all key tasks for clients. Ensure work is always in line with client's overall strategy.
  • Accurately forecast potential delivery & ROI for existing & new clients.
  • Playing an active role in team meetings and agency events
  • Effective in managing others. Delegating and managing workloads 
  • Motivating junior team members to develop their knowledge of search best practices.


Your Profile: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in channel working at agencies / clients.
  • 1+ years’ experience in team management and/or mentoring and coaching others.
  • Experience gained working with the relevant technologies.
  • Passionate about the internet and technology, with a keen interest in the development of PPC as a channel, keeping track of new developments within the industry.
  • Experience managing DR campaigns, optimising accounts to achieve performance targets.
  • An expert in using audiences to optimise Paid Search campaigns.
  • Preferable experience applying scripts and automation to optimise and complement campaign management tasks.
  • Proficient in using advance features available within search management platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360 etc.
