The role:
As a Paid Search Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing & to develop & execute world class SEM strategies. Paid Search takes the biggest chunk of media investment & is seen to be an influential team within the wider business. However, the role will not be limited to PPC. They are eager to test & scale Paid Social, Display & Programmatic activity. So you will have an opportunity to broaden your experience in to new areas as you see fit.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of multi-national budgets and P&L - annual budgets of over £15M
- Plan and execute expansion strategy - new countries, new categories
- Optimisation of multiple performance marketing channels (primarily Google and Bing, but also Facebook and several others)
- Testing and iterating within your scope
- Cross functional collaboration with other teams - Analytics, Engineering, Sales, other marketing functions
- Help develop audience strategy (remarketing, cross-sell, etc)
- Budgeting, forecasting and communicating performance to senior leadership.
About you:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large PPC accounts
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Experience of working across different geographies or multi-national scope
- Basic with performance marketing automation (scripts, in-house tools, external tools)
- Ability to innovate but also follow up with execution; Ability to test & scale
- Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and ownership
- Understanding of attribution and tracking
