The Role

  • Researching and Optimising PPC campaigns

  • Effectively strategising accounts with multi-million-pound budgets

  • Being responsible for the strategy and planning of campaigns

  • Strong client-facing element

  • Working under the Search Account manager 

  • Ensuring the account is kept on track at junior level


The Requirements

  • 1.5 years' + Paid Search experience

  • Data-Savvy and Numbers-focused candidate

  • Experience working in a media team, within a full service agency

  • Excellent client facing skills, with polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills

  • Have strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under pressure

  • Proactive approach to work

  • Proven experience in managing a team of at least 4 people

  • Hands on approach and passion for working in a fast-paced team

  • Ability to motivate and lead a team and manage up

  • Experience in working on regional or global accounts

  • Maintain gravitas, forward thinking and strategic initiative

  • Fully conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix
